For stock items, processing is immediate. For custom 'Printing Service' orders, manufacturing typically takes 24-72 hours depending on part volume and complexity. You will receive a live status update once your part enters the print queue.

We utilize premium local couriers to ensure safety. Cairo & Giza: 24-48 hours. Alexandria & Delta: 2-3 business days. Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3-5 business days. You will receive an SMS with your tracking ID as soon as the courier picks up your package.

Orders can be cancelled as long as they are in the 'Reviewing' or 'Quoted' phase. Once a part enters the 'Printing' phase, resources (filament and machine time) have been committed, and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Our standard manufacturing uses high-grade PLA+ for strength and detail. We also offer PETG for heat resistance and TPU for flexible parts. All materials are sourced from premium suppliers to ensure layer adhesion and structural integrity.
