Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Oct. 13-19. 

    Andy Rosado, 23, of Brooklyn, New York, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Burnham Sept. 26, eight years in prison with all but four years suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; three counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Burnham Sept. 24, and Sept. 26, all dismissed. 

    Richard Charette, 66, of Morrill, domestic violence assault in Morrill Aug. 17, 2021, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Morrill Aug. 17, 2021, $250 fine. 

    Andrew Armstrong, 38, of Northport, probation violation in Morrill Dec. 12, 2021, 17 months in prison and probation revoked. 

    Tylor Miller, 28, of Somerville, violating a protection from abuse order in Searsport Dec. 14, 2021, 24 days in jail. 

    Lorraine L. Leach, 37, of Stockton Springs, operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs April 22, 2022, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs April 22, 2022, $1,000 fine. 

    Shawn D. Bristol, 31, of Thorndike, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Dec. 1, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $800 fine; failure to give correct name, date-of-birth, or address in Brooks Dec. 1, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Knox Nov. 30, dismissed. 

    Edmund T. Stevens, 47, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Swanville Dec. 24, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Swanville Aug. 24, 2022, dismissed. 

    James D. Ruschmeier, 43, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud unreasonable noise) in Belfast Dec. 29, dismissed. 

    Stuart Macleod, 55, of Belfast, probation violation in Searsport Jan. 6, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Ian Kennedy, 33, of Palermo, probation violation in Palermo Jan. 12, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; violating a protection from abuse order in Palermo July 27, 90 days in jail. . 

    Adam Mason, 44, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs Dec. 12, $500 fine. 

    Theo A. Penney, 23, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 30, 48 hours in jail. 

    Tyler Robertson, 30, of Hampden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 21, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast Feb. 21, dismissed; possession or transfer of burglar tools in Belfast Feb. 21, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort Dec. 27, $500 fine.

    Joseph E. Carter, 42, of Unity, attaching false plates in Unity Jan. 9, dismissed.  

    Tracy Dyer, 47, of Brooks, domestic violence assault in Belfast July 29, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast July 29, $300 fine. 

    Aaron Drew, 25, of Knox, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Knox May 5, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Knox May 5, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox May 17, 48 hours in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Knox May 17, 48 hours in jail.

    Billi Jo Frates, 47, of Bucksport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks June 10, $250 fine. 

    Todd Bailey, 45, of Holden, operating without a license in Searsport Aug. 22, $150 fine. 

    Abrina M. Bishop, 39, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Sept. 2, dismissed. 

    Tiffany Bormet, 41, of Searsport, operating a vehicle without a license in Searsport Aug. 1, dismissed. 

    Wendall R. Tracy, 22, of Swanville, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Aug. 15, $250 fine. 

    Frances Foster, 24, of Searsport, operating a vehicle without a license in Searsport Aug. 2, dismissed. 

    Bruce Tweedie, 70, of Thorndike, failure to submit report in Thorndike Aug. 9, $1,000 fine.
